Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and check into your accommodation. Hotel Alpha. Spend the day exploring the vibrant city, visiting cultural landmarks like Gandantegchinlen Monastery or the National Museum of Mongolia.

DAY 2: ULAANBAATAR to UVURKHANGAI via ELSEN TASARKHAI

Depart from Ulaanbaatar towards Uvurkhangai province. Stop at Elsen Tasarkhai for lunch and enjoy camel riding amidst the stunning desert landscapes. Continue your journey to Uvurkhangai and settle in for the night.

DAY 3: EXPLORE GOVI-ALTAI

Embark on an adventure in the Gobi Altai region, known for its rugged landscapes and unique flora and fauna. Explore the local area and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gobi Altai.

DAYS 4-10: TSETSEG SOUM CAMPING - SNOW LEOPARD EXPEDITION

Begin your snow leopard expedition at Tsetseg soum, Khovd camp. Spend the next several days exploring the surrounding area, searching for elusive snow leopards and other wildlife such as argali sheep, Siberian ibex, and Mongolian gazelles, wolf, fox  Experience the nomadic way of life by staying in traditional ger camps and enjoying local cuisine. Engage in activities like bird watching, including the opportunity to witness the majestic golden eagle and falcon in action.

DAY 11: RETURN TO GOVI-ALTAI

Bid farewell to Tsetseg Hovd camp and return to the Gobi Altai region. Continue exploring the diverse landscapes and wildlife of the area.

DAY 12: TERKHIIN TSAGAAN NUUR

DAY 13: VIA KHAR-KHORUM to KHUSTAI NATIOANAL PARK

Founded in 1586, Erdene Zuu was built using the ruins of Kharkhorin's ancient capital, incorporating elements of both Buddhism and Mongolian shamanism. Museum of Kharkhorin: Visit the Museum of Kharkhorin to learn about the history and significance of the ancient capital.
